INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Data controller

2. Data processed
For the purpose of sending the presentation, we process exclusively the following data:
Email address (mandatory);
First name (optional, if requested in the form);
Last name (optional, if requested in the form).
3. Purpose and legal basis
a) Sending the requested presentation to the email address provided.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures / contract at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) Informational and promotional communications about the Controller’s products/services only if you give your consent by ticking the relevant checkbox.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time (see §7).
Note on “soft spam”: this does not apply to this form unless you have already purchased products/services from the Controller. In the absence of previous purchases, sending promotional communications requires your explicit consent.
4. Provision of data
Providing the email address in order to receive the presentation is necessary; failure to provide it will prevent us from sending the requested material. Providing marketing consent is optional, and refusal does not affect the sending of the presentation.
5. Methods of processing
Data are processed using electronic tools and appropriate security measures (Arts. 5 and 32 GDPR). We do not use automated decision-making processes or profiling for this purpose.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by persons authorized by the Controller and by service providers (e.g. email delivery platforms, hosting providers, CRM systems) acting as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 28 GDPR.
Data will not be disclosed.
Where the services used involve transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA, such transfers will take place in compliance with Arts. 44–49 GDPR (e.g. EU Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses). 7. Conservation
Sending the presentation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): for the time necessary to complete the sending and for a maximum of 12 months to manage any related requests (technical logs and proof of sending).
Marketing with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): up to 24 months from collection or from the last relevant interaction, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
After these periods, data are deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.
8. Rights of the data subject
You may, at any time, access your data, request rectification or erasure, obtain restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

9. Minors
The service is not intended for minors under 14 years of age. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us for removal.
10. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect regulatory changes or new processing activities. In such cases, the new update date will be indicated.
